REFUND POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the return window
- Products without original packaging
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
- A partial refund (if applicable)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or
incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear
photo or video evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already
be in processing and cannot be canceled.
